Contact form submissions (email address and mobile phone number) are kept for contact purposes initially, and if you become a patient after the initial contact your details will be kept indefinitely. I will use your contact details to communicate with you regarding appointments, and all matters pertaining to your treatment. I do not use the information submitted through the contact forms on this site for marketing purposes.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

The only purpose of the web analytics (Google Analytics and wordpress.com) I use is to collect data for tracking this website’s performance, and in which country my visitors are based. Data from analytics is not used for any sort of user profiling, advertising or any other commercial purpose.

Patient notes

During the course of your treatment we may talk about issues relating, among other things, to your health, age, race, gender and sexual preferences. I keep digital patient notes in a password protected database on a password protected computer and I alone have access to them. The database is backed up daily on two encrypted backup drives.

Who your data is shared with

I do not share your data with anyone for any purpose.

Third Parties with whom your data is shared

I use your name and (if you require receipts) your email address with wave accounting, an online accounting service for small businesses.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
